Hello, @user_vf7uml thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. That is a great question, and would be dependent on when your latest promotion started. The Xfinity gateway being included as no charge with the internet began at the end of May/beginning of June. Did you start service after that time frame, or if you're an existing customer have you accepted a new promotion since June?
