Yes I've used the setup methods that comes with the modem also the Xfinity info via app. I'm thinking it's the outlet in the home. Needing a tech to come out. Light on modem is blinking yellow instead of white

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
