@user_246g7x Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I don't believe they have the ability to run diagnostics on equipment at the store. What trouble are you having with your modem? We can remotely assist with lots of troubleshooting or signal check issues right here.
I have done all the troubleshooting and have tried two different modems but still have no internet connection. The website says there are no outages in my area. I would understand if one modem stopped working but odds are against both going out at the same time. I have check lines coming in the house and everything looks good.
Xfinity may be charge me by force, for technician coming to home for help but my modem is new and I do not know how can be my modem online tested before tech coming. do you know how can I get it and where?
user_7hdweo Our Social Media team on the Xfinity Community Forum is here to assist you with troubleshooting your equipment and conducting tests to identify the best course of action. If the issue is related to external wiring or requires adjustments to your home setup, a technician may be necessary to resolve it. Will you please share any troubleshooting steps you have already taken to avoid asking you to repeat things if possible?
