Modem upgrade

Hi

We would like to see what options we have for upgrading our modem/router at this time.  It has been several years since we have looked into it so I imagine we could improve our equipment.  Could you let me know what options are available for us?   Thank you

Hello @user_bd36c9 and thank you for reaching out to the Community to upgrade your modem. Anytime you lease your modem with us, can upgrade online, via a local Xfinity store or through this channel here.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
