Modem upgrade ordering process not working
Hi received an unsolicited email from Xfinity offering a free upgrade to my modem but when I click "order", I always get an error message: "Looks like something went wrong
Please reload the page and try again."

Thanks for reaching out to us, depending on your speed plan and the modem you have, you could get an e-mail to let you know it's time to upgrade your modem. I do apologize if the order link isn't working, sometimes you may need to clear caches and cookies on your device or uninstall and reinstall the Xfinity app.
You can also go to the local Xfinity store and pick one up if you don't want to wait on the shipping time. I can also help you with getting the new upgraded modem shipped out all you have to do is send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete address
