Modem stolen, need replacement

Hi, the modem was marked as delivered but got stolen off our porch before we could set it up. How can we get a replacement modem sent to us? Thank you.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

•Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
