Modem return

I returned my modem on 02/24/2026 and my service has been disconnected.

I’m still getting emails and texts saying I’ll be charged if I don’t return it by next week.

How do I avoid being charged when I can’t get the chat to answer where my modem is and can’t get anyone on the phone?
