Modem return
I need to print a label for home pickup of my Xfinity modem. I can not take it to a store. When I try to print the label there is no equipment to select. Please tell me how I can get my label.

I cancelled the service
I received a cancellation email and in that email is a link to return the equipment. I click on that link and log in and go the return page where there is no equipment to select. If I hit cancel I am taken to my account page where it shows the modem and account options.

@user_gzswwn Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can help you return your modem using the UPS pickup option. Let's figure out why you're not seeing any equipment listed in the Xfinity Equipment Return page. Do you currently have active service with us? Can you confirm that you are signed into the correct account and not a previous account you had in the past?
