Modem restart not working/cannot sign in

My modem isn't working. I did a full unplugged restart and it's still offline. I can't sign into my Xfinity because the page won't load on my phone.

user_nhq2g8 Thanks for reaching out! Normally, we would suggest checking the Xfinity app for any local service interruptions, or to see the status of your modem. However, since you are unable to connect with the Xfinity app we can check to see the status of your services, and help figure out why your modem is offline. Please send us a direct message. 
 
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
