Modem not connecting

My modem has not been connecting to the internet since yesterday afternoon. Sometimes flashing green and sometimes flashing orange. I've checked the outage map and can't see any reports. I reported the outage last night, but the connection issues have yet to be resolved.

I've made sure the Coaxial cable is connected properly, disconnected the modem from power multiple times, but have not had success with the connection yet. 

How should I proceed from here?

user_mzdwff Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. Have you also tried the automatic troubleshooting through the Xfinity app to have the diagnostics completed? That would also advise if a technician needs to be scheduled or if it is an areawide issue impacting neighbors as well.
