Modem not Activating
I have been trying for 3 hours to get my new modem activated to start my new service with Xfinity but it will not connect. I have followed all steps on the mobile app all the way to the part where the light is blinking white and the phone says to connect. It takes 10 min to try and then tells me there’s a problem connecting. I saw that I should call the comcast number on one of these forums and say I want a new modem provisioned for service. But I can’t find one and I have had zero luck talking to any actual person/human at Xfinity.
