How can I get help with an existing order? I didn't get my modem in the mail.

@Frustrated2121 Hello and good afternoon. Thanks for posting and sharing about your experience. We appreciate it a ton, including the chance to assist in this situation. Not receiving the item you were expecting can be a real bummer, I've been there before. It's especially tough when you're waiting on an item to continue something else, such as a project or completing an installation. It's not my favorite pickle to be in, and know its vital to resolve asap. The quickest way to get a replacement is at a local Xfinity store. If you go now, a new modem will be granted, so you can get home this afternoon and complete the installation. That will help get you online the fastest, and easy with activation done through the Xfinity app. I found the link to locate the closest Xfinity store here https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers. It will show the directions, including business hours to the closest store near your address. Are you able to visit a location nearby to pick up the modem immediately?
