Modem hasn't arrived

Timeline

Sept 6 ordered xfinity community with modem and now TV service

Sept 11 called because I didn't receive shipping info for my modem and the person said they didn't enter a shipping code and fixed it in the system

Early this week I called and received a credit for my now tv because I haven't been able to use it. 

It's now the 20th still haven't received the modem, no shipping details.

Nearest xfinity store is an hour + commute for me and is not an option.

Please advise. I read a previous person with the same issues post but the steps given didn't track. I saw no direct chat with support option in the top right only virtual assistant which doesn't work.

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message

 

I was actually able to reach someone on the phone shortly after I posted this and she took care of it, and I've already received the tracking text this time so I think we are good.
