Modem Exchange

I got a new modem shipped to my place for my existing account. I still have the old modem which I will return once I’m back from my travel. How many days can I return it in before the fee starts to apply?

Hello, @user_0br6vh thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. That is a great question, if the equipment isn't returned within 14 days it can start to get billed for unreturned equipment. Please let me know if there are any other questions I can answer or if anything else I can assist with.

@user_0br6vh the 14 days would be from when the equipment was delivered.
