Modem Equipment Lost In Transit
Hello,
My equipment was ordered mid-June and the representative told me the shipment would be delayed so that it would be delivered the day I moved into my new apartment (July 1). On June 20, I was notified that the equipment was not only shipped but also failed to be delivered (because the apartment was vacant) and was returned to sender. The Xfinity chatbot would not provide a solution and refused to help me schedule an appointment with a representative. I have just moved into my apartment and there is still no indication that the equipment has/will ever be re-shipped.
