Modem Delivery

my modem was delivered to the wrong city, and returned to sender. Using the FedEx tracking, I can see that it was returned to sender about four days ago. Is there a way I can prompt the delivery of a new modem?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
