Modem Delivery

I've been waiting for this delivery for days now, and I JUST learned that instead of coming to my home, the modem was delivered to a pick-up facility without ever telling me! How do I know its there when A. I didn't choose that (or any) option, and B. I wasn't told WHERE it was delivered?  And of course, you get ZERO customer service help. The assistant is trash and the only time I ever talked to a human was to replace my modem (my delivery) and the guy never ONCE said it would be delivered to a pick-up location and not my actual apartment. Make it make bleeping sense.
