Moca Network POE filter & can't get through to anyone to even make a service call
I have an xfinity comcast modem with Moca Enabled. I would like to install a POE filter or find out if one is already installed in my home.
It is a rented home, and we don't know (neither does landlord) where the cable comes into the house. I need to get ahold of someone at xfinity to see if they can tell me. Second, maybe they can tell me if there is already one on there from before. Third, I can't get through to anyone on the phone at all and the 24/7 bot chat doesn't help. Fourth, my bill went up by $8 in January with no explanation and I also can't get through to anyone to talk to them.
