Mobile service

My service is suspended for past due balance of 70.00 was suspended oct 16..i received email today stating past due balance of 70.  Must be paid before oct 26 to avoid interuption...TODAY IS OCT 17...AND NO SERVICE!!!

@user_8d3ikd Have you check the Xfinity app or the status center to see if there are any current service interruptions affecting the area? Are you seeing a notification stating your service has been suspended due to payment?

@XfinityBradM​ yes it says for past due balance of 70.72 which i received email stating to update card on file to pay past due by oct 26 or service will be suspended...it is oct 17 and service is already suspended due to 70.72 being owed!!

I have spent hours upon hours now trying to get help and all they keep telling me is service will not be restored until pay 70.72
