Mobile Protection Plan

I have asked now SEVEN times that Comcast cancel the $19 protection plan on my mobile phone. It disappears for a month or two then shows up again forcing me to live agent chat with people who barely understand English!

Ive been assured every time that the plan would be removed but there it is yet again! Tonight, I contacted live agent and was being suckered into agreeing to some new plan which I refused! This had happened before and I ended up with something I did not want nor could afford! I refused to agree to anything!

All I want is for this [Edited: "Language"] $19 monthly protection plan to be permanently removed from my account! I want to call in but cannot deal with people I cannot understand! If this doesn’t get removed from my mobile plan, I will stop paying my bill entirely and cancel all of my services! Send me to collections, the [Edited: "Language"] with it! You can have your phone back, whatever! You need to move customer service back the US and hire people whom we as customers can understand and who can understand what we want!

This is sickening already!!
