Mobile promo code from Xfinity rewards became invalid when Mobile phone order is canceled by Xfinity

Dear, Xfinity customer support team.

I placed an order with the code and completed ID verifications with my driver's license per email instructions in the same day. However, the order has been cancelled by Xfinity. Therefore, I reached agents but they asked me to re-order without a code as the code is no longer valid. Today, I have spent about more than 4 hours to explain the issue and look for a resolution every time I was transferred to next agent or I chatted with an agent. And I even visited the store. No solution provided. One of agents told me she would call me back as she escalated to next level support team. Unfortunately I did not get a call back from any agent but I found this forum. Hopefully I could get a new code or my cancelled order to be revived. Thanks a lot.

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon 
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it

I had the exact same issue. Order got cancelled in verification process , Customer service suggested to place another order But I am unable to use the same promotion code. I tried number of reps/departments. Please check if I could get a new code or my cancelled order to be revived. Thanks a lot.

Hello, @user_jbvj1t. Thanks for posting on our community forums. Just to make sure we are on the same page. You tried reaching out to our Xfinity Mobile team by phone at 1 (888) 936-4968, text using the same phone number, or through our Xfinity Chat Assistant without resolution, correct?

This is very odd. I had the same thing happen to me. it got canceled by Xfinit too.  I was on the phone with them 3 hours yesterday and 2 hours today. I am starting to think it is just a big scam. I keep getting the runaround. When I finally got ahold of the rewards department, I had a very unprofessional /rude agent. Her name was Amiry. She claimed to not have a supervisor and would not give me an employee #.

I have the exact same issue. I feel this is a scam. the number of people reporting the similar issues for the past couple of years, and no one able to help, and wasting our time doesn't look right

Xfinity sent me a promo code supposedly worth $300. To apply to the purchase of iPhone 15. I tried to use thr promo code, but the page was not working (for a week). Now they “promo code is invalid”. Apparently a scam from the beginning.
