Mobile Phone Issues
Getting beyond annoyed with "help" from calling in and from chatting with customer service.
Phone bill due December 7th, phone shut off several days before bill due date. Auto pay is for both internet and phone, yet phone bill was somehow not paid in November. No problem. I go into the store to pay late bill and new bill December 6th (still before due date). So nice to talk to an actual person. After rep was on the phone for over an hour, he comes, says somehow phones were suspended then the very next day sent to collections. He assured me this was a mistake and sent in a ticket. Its been several days and nothing. I run 2 businesses and having customers not able to get a hold of me is a huge issue.
On the verge of cancelling internet as well at this piont.
