Mobile phone activation from Mint mobile to Xfinity

I am trying to activate my mobile phone number since last 5 days. I have provided all required information from my previous service provider.

But still I am without a working phone number. In last two days I have spent more than 4 hrs calling customer support but no result.

Can anyone look into this at the earliest.

I know just how annoying it is when my phone isn't working as it should, so I want to make sure we can get your line actiavted for you as soon as possible!
Are you brining over the same phone number and device from Mint Mobile?
If so, has Mint Mobile been able to provide you with the required transfer pin for your existing line?
