Mobile order

Hi I had ordered two new cell phones through a retail store on Friday the 24th of February but when I look at my order it’s not telling me if it’s shipped all it’s saying is confirmed Could you please help me out

Hello @user_d4cc45! You can check your order status on the Billing tab within your Xfinity Mobile account, where you’ll find:

  • The date your order was placed.
  • The date your order was shipped.
  • An estimated delivery date.
  • A link to the shipping carrier’s site for additional tracking information.

You can also sign up to receive notifications throughout the delivery process through the shipping carrier.

  • Friday orders that are submitted prior to the cutoff (2 p.m. ET) will be shipped Friday and delivered Tuesday.
  • Friday orders that are submitted post-cutoff (2 p.m. ET) and Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday for delivery on Wednesday.
