Mobile free line promotion bait and switch

Has anyone else signed up for free mobile line after receiving a promotion email for a free line for existing internet customers then not receive the promotion. Customer service rep now tells me im not eligible after multiple other reps have confirmed I am.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_aq2w8a Thanks for creating a post. Our team can help look into the plan and have our escalations team dig further if needed. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

I wanted to update.  I was credited for this issue once a corporate employee reviewed my case. The whole process was very frustrating but thankfully someone who cared about customer service made it right.
