Mobile bill when just trying to adjust normal services

I went in to get try to get a reduction in my cable bill.  Instead I now have a bill not only for my cable and internet but now I now have a new bill from mobile which I was never told about.  So now I am getting charged just as much if they never would have changed my bill.  I am getting charged for a mobile device that I have no use for!  This is very [Edited: "Language"] service and very disappointed with your products and customer service.  I want out of this stupid mobile contract and this ipad that I never use gone.  It would be really nice if you were truthful with your customers when they are trying to reduce their bills.  I was told my bill would be around $270.  My bill that I just received was for $271 and then on top of that another $27 for a mobile plan that I did not want.  Some help on resolving this issue would be very helpful.
