Mobile Activation

Hello,

I got a new mobile and internet service a month ago.

The person that took my order did it incorrectly and now I have been trying to get the issue resolved for the last 5 weeks.

At this moment I still don't have a functioning mobile service. 

I put multiple tickets in place, i chat with multiple agents and still no resolution. 

Can someone help me get this resolved ? I am paying for both my old T-Mobile service and the Xfinity service which is not working.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

If i cancel my Xfinity NOW Mobile service will i owe money for the two Samsung devices that were FREE as part of the pre-paid black friday deal ?

Are NOW services support at Xfinity stores ?
