Mobile Account Reinstate

Hello, I recently had my Xfinity mobile account deactivated due to a late payment and after paying all fees I am unable to setup a BYOD. I am getting an error saying “account is deactivated and cannot be reinstated”. I would like to reinstate the account if possible so I can have mobile data.
