Mobile account migration and device balance error

Hello, I need assistance from an employee. After moving, my mobile lines got split across an old and new account, which caused an agent's fix to accidentally cancel our device payment plan and create a large billing error. I need a direct message to resolve this privately with my account details.

Hey there @user_lfy1tg I can understand your concern, and I'd like to help get this pointed in the right direction. Due to account security, Xfinity Mobile support is limited on this platform. After verification, we can open a ticket with our dedicated Xfinity Mobile Resolutions team for further review and assistance

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click "Direct Message"

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it. See the link below for an example
