Mistreatment by the "Regional Manager" and my personal safety

I am a 20 plus year Diamond level customer.

I am reaching out in hopes of some resolution or satisfaction to my racially motivated mistreatment by the area Regional Manager. This individual who refused to disclosed his name, also refused to grant any privacy or discretion when I requested to speak with him regarding my treatment at the store. After politely asking for a private conversation, the individual refused to speak in private, and demanded his store manager be present during the conversation. I had serious concerns about drug use in the workplace, and associated mishandling of my account and device changes. I politely asked for his contact information, and this person refused to give me anything other than "I am the regional manager". When I quietly brought to his attention that he has put me in jeopardy, by forcing my private complaint to be a public complaint within view and ear of every associate in the store, he said I was being disruptive to his store and asked that I leave, and that I never return to this location. At no time did he appear concerned, or express any empathy for my situation and instead appeared bothered by my presence.

I exchanged a box on Saturday 3/14/26 and at the same time I also returned a box to be taken off my account.
The new box was not added to my account, and thus could not be activated by the xfinity assistant with whom I spoke on Monday 3/16. They stated that I needed to return to the store to have this added to my account.
I returned to the store, and the associate was able to add and activate the new box. After asking again, I was assured the box that I returned would be removed from my account.

On Friday, 3/20/26 I returned to the store to inquire about the box for which I was still being charged. I was told they would not remove the box from my account, and that I must wait until "they come pick it up"
I asked if I could simply have my box back. While looking for my equipment, the store staff actually laughed at me.
After receiving my equipment, I asked the store manger if I could speak with a General Manager. He identified an individual as the Regional Manager, who happened to be in the store at the time.

While the Regional Manager was speaking with an African American customer, he was very gracious and polite. However, when he spoke with me he was less than receptive, argumentative and disrespectful.

I asked for some privacy to discuss my issues, and he refused to grant any Discretion. He stated he "was a very busy man, and did not have time to talk to me in private".
He insisted that his store manager be present, and allowed every other associate to be gathered around listening to my conversation.
I asked again for a bit of privacy as I did not feel safe in disclosing my complaint in front of other employees.
He stated that we were "In front of the cameras and god" and that I had no option other than to tell him in front of everyone.

I was visibly uncomfortable, and again after several awkward moments, I reluctantly stated my concern. This entire incident might have been avoided if the associate as not high on drugs at the time, as he smelled of marijuana on Saturday. He simply stated "He would handle it". At no time did he express any empathy or consideration for my situation or frustration. He appeared to be bothered by the inconvenience of even speaking with me.

I left the store feeling unsafe, and less than valued as a customer.

After a brief moment, I returned to the store, and politely asked for the name of the Regional Manager. He refused to give me any identifying information other than "I am the only regional manager, and they know who I am." I expressed my further concern that in his refusal to grant any privacy he has put me in jeopardy by forcing me to disclose my concerns in front of his employees. He was again very argumentative and combative, stating "Where were we supposed to go?" I mentioned the back room, or outside, or even that he might have asked his associates to move away from our conversation.

His next response was unexpected, and he said. "At this time I was being very disruptive to his store and staff, and that I leave the location and never return to the store again."

I cant help but feel if I were African American, I would not be treated this way. During my time, the all African American associates even laughed at me and my frustration.

At this time, I am barred from the store, and I have no other location whereby to manage my services or equipment.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of mistreatment by your racist "Regional Manager" and the level of difficulty I am facing to even report this incident. I tired to speak to a support agent over the phone, who tried to sell me Mobile Phone service.
