Mistakenly submitted a survey about the wrong service

My wife and I bought new iPhones and I received a survey a day later. I thought the survey was for a different problem I had. 
Our experience at the Xfinity King of Prussia store was a 10 out of 10.  The sales representative name is Faheen. He is very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain all the questions that we had.
