Missouri City no restoration update

Xfinity has been terrible when it comes to transparency with their customers. Using the app, signing up for text alerts has been useless as there is no useful info provided.

I’m located in the Lake Olympia area of Missouri City. My power was restored last Wednesday and still no internet as of Tuesday, July 16th 2024. We are more than a week separated from Beryl. 

Why can’t you include more detailed information in your “alerts” or on the app?

This is unacceptable. Do better.
