Missing/Unable to Access Secondary Email Accounts

I also need help after calling last week to fix one of my secondary email accounts that I use daily that's suddenly missing/unable to access.  I finally talked to a live person last week and eventually after a half hour said there's an outage for that email with no idea when it would be fixed.  It's now been four days and nothing is fixed.  I handle all my business contacts and resets on this account so being inaccessible is unacceptable.  The message is "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them."  I think DMing your team might be best option to fix this.  If I need to start another forum topic to do this let me know.

Hi there, @attokojeff  Thanks for reaching out about your email box. I apologize it has been so long since you have been able to access it! There is a known issue affecting the email login. It should work after clearing cookies, restarting your device, and logging in again through. The engineering team is working on that. Have you also spoken with our Customer Security Assurance team? They can check your email box to ensure the known issue is the problem and not something else like needing to add a password reset option to the email box. The message you get leads me to think that may be an issue with the box.

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. Please keep that in mind for the future.
