Missing Xfinity proExtenders from new order.

I picked up my new Internet package from the Comcast store this week. I am missing the Xfinity pro extenders from the order that I placed. I have tried to contact customer service, but I keep going in circles. How do I get the extenders that I paid for?

Hello @user_damwqq, extenders are typically mailed to you. Can you share with me how you made your purchase?

I made the purchase through xfinity website to be picked up in store. I see the extenders on the receipt from the order, but there’s no emails confirming they would be mailed to me.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
