Missing Wicked Tickets

I'm a Diamond member and was going to redeem the two free Wicked tickets, but that reward has now vanished. This appears to be a common problem based on a google search, but the reward isn't supposed to expire for a few more days. How do I find this reward so I can redeem it?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Please keep us updated with any sort of response you get, I'm curious to see if anyone also gets a simple "the offer is likely over" response like I did after multiple tries to get assistance, despite the offer running until the 6th of this month. I missed claiming the offer by one day, saw them for a moment and the next day they were gone.

Well, the response I got was the promotion ended before anyone thought (I read 12/6 which is tomorrow at the time of this writing), so basically we are out of luck. The only consolation is I did get a $30 credit on my bill which is the equivalent value of the two tickets.

I am having the same problems and the promotion definitely says he offer is good throgh December 6. I have tried three times to post on this. I am Platinum and the ticket number on this problem is [Edit: PII].

This has been a terrible experience and I feel very unrewarded!
