@XfinityVictor​ I cannot figure out how to DM you. When I click on the chat icon it says there are no chats. When I click on the square icon with the pencil, it takes me back to a group forum message. What am I doing wrong?

@user_p519jm​ I wouldn't even bother. I had so much trouble getting any sort of straight answer about this issue, which seems to be happening to most Diamond tier members. It took maybe three days before getting told via DM that "the offer is likely over," despite all the things I and others have seen about the offer running until the 6th of December. I have a feeling they are purposely stalling with any sort of real solution for the problem until the offer is over in just a few days now. Pretty sad, especially from someone who has been a customer with them for 30+ years. All I wanted was a nice weekend with some free tickets, guess it's too much to ask from them.

Came here to say the same thing as the other response. Just blatant bs from this company. I guess we're the stupid ones for thinking 10+ years of being a customer would actually get us any real benefits.
