Missing Wicked Commentary

Hello, I recently purchased the digital release of Wicked and it is supposed to include an extra feature that has a version of the movie with actor commentary. That item is not included in the available extras with purchase. What is the timeline for getting that purchased item added to Xfinity?

I have the same issue. We purchased Wicked and the Extras include 11 short clips and trailers—but not Commentaries, Deleted Scenes or Singalong videos that other providers are making available to customers. We also spent considerable time on the phone with Comcast Customer Service who reset our box and later said those Extras were not available, so we asked for a refund. Not happy customers.

user_axh80q I would be happy to review the purchase you made, and see about the commentary concern with the purchase. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I too received zero extras with my $29.99 purchase, while people on other platforms got some, most, or all of the extras. I want a refund also! This is ridiculous!

It took me a while to find the extras. I had to click on the movie under my "Purchases", then scroll to the right to select "Movie Info",  then click down and an "Extras included with purchase" section appeared.  I was able to see the deleted scenes, the singalong and bonus videos, but nothing with the director / actors commentary.

UPDATE: Today I was pleased to see a second line of 18 "Extras included with purchase" of Wicked with titles such as "Making Wicked", "Sing-Along Version" etc. The issue I now have is this only shows up on one of my three Xfinity TVs. Shouldn't it be available on all of them?

Just scrolled up and saw the earlier response from @user_axh80q. I do see the 18 other "Extras included with purchase" for Wicked now under "Movie Info". Not sure why it shows up automatically on my first Xfinity TV, but I have to "search" for it on my other two Xfinity TVs. I think I'm good for now but would be nice to have some consistency.

I purchased the HD version and there is no extras anywhere, even when going to movie info as stated in previous comments. There are zero extras anywhere. Please advise

Thank you, user_lzthzk. What device are you using to watch the movie? Can you try pausing during the film, and check options or settings then, and can you let me know if "Extras" is displayed?

I have tried on xfinity stream app on my phone, xumo on my tv and then through an xfinity app on my other tv. No “extras” option is listed anywhere.

Use Fandango Home or Apple  TV  (the actual box, not the Apple app on X1) and you will see the commentaries.
