Missing Utility Box Cover Replacement Can't Seem To Be Completed

I contacted customer service on two occasions over the last two and half months about replacing a missing cover to the streetside utility box. Athough I received messages that the problem was logged, I received no status, contact or action until I visited an Xfinity store last week. Apparently my face-to-face conversation received attention as an appointment was created and technican arrived last Sunday. However, the technician wasn't aware of the missing cover but did a thorough check and replacement of some small wires and cable ends due to erratic TV receiption on some channels. It appears that he also put in a work order to replace the cable from the house to the utility box and those technicians replaced that today. However, they also were unaware of the missing utility box cover and said that some other contractor of Comcast would have to do that. The cable are exposed to those on the sidewalk and are subject to vandalism or injury from the exposed sharp post hold it up. a prolonged outage would disrupt my livelyhood due to my required remote work.

I get emails and text messages when appointments are scheduled but I have yet to receive either confirming my actual problem and an estimate when it will be addressed. I need assurances that this problem is propertly logged and an estimated date of resolution.
