Missing SIGN UP deal $200 Gift Card After 90+ Days — Please Help

Hi Xfinity Support,

I signed up for Xfinity service using the Student Deal promotion that includes a $200 gift card after maintaining active service for 90 days. My service has been active for more than 90 days, but I still have not received the gift card or any redemption email/code.

Could someone please help me check the status of this promotion and advise what steps are needed to receive the $200 gift card?
