Missing shipment for order number [Edited] for account number [Edited]

I am needing help with the above order which was placed on 1/18/2025 and contained 2 iPhone 16s.  The order that was shipped to [Edited: "Personal Information"] only contained an empty box.  I have called several times and was told to get a police report, which I have done.  I have tried 3 times to email this report to the email address I was given, but it will not go through. Please email me or reach out by phone to advise me on what to do next.  My name is Richard [Edited: "Personal Information"] and my phone number is [Edited: "Personal Information"].  My email address is [Edited: "Personal Information"].  This process has been very frustrating and I would like to get it resolved ASAP

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
