Missing rewards movies and lack of response from xfinity assistant tickets

 I am not receiving Xfinity Rewards free movies on my account.  I have not received the movies The Lego movie or The Wolf of Wall Street, and the Joker from last week.   I have been opening tickets for months with no response.   I should not have to open a ticket every time that a reward movie is offered.   Thankfully, today The Shining was added within minutes.   I will be pleased if that is the new normal, but I have wasted a lot of time on this in the past.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
