Missing Reward
I've been waiting for weeks to get my military recognition reward. I've chatted with support at least 40 times in the last two weeks... I've called, texted, messaged, and chatted and have gotten no where. I was finally told it takes "up to" 4 weeks yesterday in chat. Then I'm told I'll get it by August 27 by one support rep, another says sometime this week, and a third said they don't see anything. I'm told go to the store, and also told call the useless 800 number where you can't even get a live person. I've talked to supervisors who promised me I would have already gotten this prepaid card but I never did. I am convinced that I've been lied to and played for a fool right from the start.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
