Missing recordings
Why are my recorded movies saved on my DVR all missing? Shouldn’t there be a special notice if they are no longer available? What is the purpose of DVR if my movies are being deleted by Xfinity I am certainly not getting the service that I am paying premium price for

Thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Communities Forums page, @user_lwryrx. I'd like to do everything I can to help with your missing DVR recordings. How long have they been missing? Have you tried to Recover a deleted recording from your X1 DVR.
