Missing Power Cord

Received modem today without power cord. Please mail me a power cord. support phone number? How can I talk to a person?

I do apologize that the power cord was not in there.

 

I would not be happy as well. We don't have a way to send you out just a power cord,  we would have to send you a new modem.

 

Now you may be able to go to the local Xfinity store and they may have a power cord for you for the modem,  but more than likely they would just give you a new modem.

 

Are you able to go to the local city store and swap the modem out for the working modem?
