Missing peacock subscription

I am an Xfinity Diamond-tier member, but my complimentary Peacock Premium benefit is missing from both my Membership Benefits page and my Xfinity streaming subscriptions page.

I have already checked both locations, so the standard redemption instructions do not work.

Please verify that my account has the correct Peacock Premium membership entitlement or provisioning code. If it's missing, please correct the account configuration or escalate this to a team that can. I would appreciate an actual eligibility/provisioning investigation rather than another link to the activation instructions.
