Missing Peacock Premium Reward for Platinum Member
I seem to have the same issues as user_ncxijk Missing Peacock Premium Reward for Platinum Member | Xfinity Community Forum
I am currently an Xfinity Platinum Rewards member and I am trying to redeem the Peacock Premium offer as outlined in your official documentation.
However, when I log in to the Xfinity Rewards website, the reward titled "Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost" is nowhere to be found. I have checked my available rewards multiple times, but it is not appearing in the list.
I am an Xfinity Internet customer and I do not have a current Peacock subscription. According to the support article (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers), I should be eligible for this reward.
Could you please look into my account and help me activate this offer or provide a direct activation link?

Thanks for reaching out to us we, do apologize for any inconvenience if you're not seeing the reward offer with your Diamond subscription. You can try several direct bypass and troubleshooting steps to trigger or locate the reward.
Visit Xfinity Subscriptions and log in with your primary Xfinity ID to see if Peacock appears under active or manageable subscriptions.
Go directly to the Xfinity Peacock Activation Page to see if an "Activate" or "Activate Now" button appears, bypassing the main rewards.
Also use the Primary ID: The reward will not display or work if you are logged in using a secondary or manager Xfinity username
