Missing Payments from customer (me)
I made a payment to Xfinity for my internet service..In September 2024 @$ 19.90..And another payment @ $9.95 on October 3, 2024.. However the payments are not in my transaction history...But I did receive a text message from Xfinity after I made my Oct 3 rd payment..That states my balance was (0).. Along with a confirmation number...So I am not going to replace payments that I have already paid.. I just paid $19.90 for my Nov. 2024 bill and my Dec. 2024 bill..Which my monthly bill is $9.95 presently..And starting 01-01-2025 will increase to to $14.95 per month...I will submit that info with the confirmation number to a email for Xfinity to see what happened... I will just need an email address to forward it to.. Thank you

Hello user_f1jhng, thanks for sharing part of your last night of the year here on our Forum ❤️. Hopefully you have a fun and safe night. I'd love the help figure out what's going on with your missing payment concerns, however; I don't have a direct email to share with you. To make sure we're on the same page, are you showing a balance and that past payments are missing on the Xfinity side, or with your financial institution?
