Missing Outdoor Junction Box

Hello, I moved into our new home a few months ago and our internet has been spotty and randomly dropping. I talked to a handful of my neighbors who have xfinity and have not had an issue. 

the difference was they all had a junction box for their outside connection. We were never provided that when xfinity was installed
