Missing email account

I have a secondary comcast.net email account that I haven't received any emails on since June 2024. When I access my account on Xfinity.com it doesn't show this email address in my list of email accounts. What happened to this account - and why? And how do I get it back? BTW - I never received any emails or notices from Xfinity that this account would be closed or canceled. Xfinity Assistant could not address this issue and wouldn't connect me to a live agent so I've been going around and around with support all morning. Please help!

user_jyy60d Thanks for reaching out! Have you tried signing in directly to the Xfinity Connect Portal with your secondary email address, and password?
