Missing Disney+ Hulu Subscription
Hello,
Yesterday, my personal modem was replaced with a new Xfinity Modem. This was replaced due to an agreement with Xfinity and my apartment complex. I am currently no longer have access to Disney+Hulu subscription which was part of my promotion when moving to a new apartment in my current complex. I was provided this promotion in May of 2026. Can somone please reach out to me to have this restored?

When you try to access the service does the app ask you to subscribe to the service? Were you able to access the apps before with your credentials before the modem was changed?
